Mango Shake
Description
Mango Shake is a cool and tempting fruit drink prepared by simply blending
ripe mango pieces, milk and sugar.
Ingredients (Servings: 1)
- ½ mango, chopped, or more to taste
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste (Optional)
Steps

Blend mango, yogurt, almond milk, ice, protein powder, and honey
together in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in glass while still cold.
